Production Supervisor

This person supervises the production employees and is responsible for the productivity, quality, sanitation, set-up and training that occurs on the shift.  Work is primarily performed in an inside environment.  Employee may occasionally be exposed to airborne particles, wet environments and hazardous chemicals.

Job Functions:
Promotes/encourage a team-oriented work environment
Assign employees to work stations
Perform in-process verification
Perform math calculations
Maintain production records
Analyze production mistakes and recommend corrective action
Coordinate training of new employees
Evaluate employee performance

Qualifications:
Ability to lift 55lbs and move 175lbs.
Ability to follow oral and written instructions
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers
Organized and capable of handling several issues at once
Understand current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
High School Diploma /Equivelant
Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen/background check
