Work Schedule:

100%, day shift. You will work at 8501 Excelsior Drive in Madison, WI. Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking an Administrative Operations Assistant to:

  • Provide leadership support with management of calendars and the coordination of activities and schedules of management and department teams.
  • Coordinate and monitor departmental needs, purchase supplies, materials, services or equipment.
  • Act as liaison between the Procurement department and other departments within the organization, answering questions and or directing the departments to the correct staff member within Procurement.
  • Act as a resource, respond to questions and provide support to department staff as it relates to payroll, time-off, policies, procedures, education and scheduling.

Education:

Minimum - High School diploma or equivalent.

Preferred - Associate Degree in Business Administration or related field.

Work Experience:

Minimum - One year of experience in an administrative support role.

Preferred - Three years of experience in an administrative support function. Previous experience in a health care setting.
